Registered Electrical Inspector and authorised Trustpower Metering contractor.  With having over 20 years experience in the electrical industry James is always happy to meet and advise on any electrical requirements be it big or small.

James is born and raised in Te Puke, he enjoys helping coach the Under 9s team at Eastern Districts, in his spare time you can find him in his Kiwi bloke shed making something from nothing.

Scott has been immersed in the Kiwifruit industry for over 15 years while working in the IT industry for more than 20 years.  Scott is always looking into new technologies both hardware and software as keys to finding solutions for our customers, he prides himself in detail and ensuring his solutions have the end user in mind.

Scott went to Te Puke High School before embarking on Auckland for IT knowledge and growth, he returned to Te Puke 16 years ago and has never looked back.  He enjoys battling it out with his boys on computer games and regular movie releases.

With over 20 years office administration experience Debbie brings with her organisation skills, an eye for detail and enjoys bringing new systems into the business for smooth operations.


In her spare time Debbie likes to stay active and take in the beautiful views up the Papamoa Hills.

Talia brings with her a great range of administration and accounting skills, she makes giving you top customer service her goal.

She is very active playing football for Te Puke United Football club, Treasurer for the club and coaching her daughters junior football team.  When she has a free moment Talia enjoys exploring new places with friends and family.

Bringing with him over 25 years experience in the Domestic and Commercial area Simon takes pride in his work from small jobs to large scale.

Simon has no regrets moving his wife and kids down to the Bay from Auckland to be closer to his family, he enjoys Rugby, Cricket and Golf.

Registered Electrician


Druss has been brought on-board the Conway team to assist Scott with the implementation of technical systems.  Druss has past experience in the building industry bringing with that knowledge of tools and construction methods.  

Druss has made the move back to NZ from Australia, he enjoys gaming and a good laugh.

Electrical Labourer


Trent approached Conway & Carpenter for work experience while studying his Electrical Engineering Course, he has completed his Level 3 NCEA and is currently working on his Apprenticeship through the company, he has achieved his Regs Exams and is aiming to completed Trade Theory (Level 4) by end of 2019. 

Trent is a local to Te Puke and enjoys riding his motorbike with friends in his spare time.

Dylan has been a part of the Conway & Carpenter Electrical team in the past and has returned as a web developer to assist in the building of our RMS portal and mobile app.


Dylan is currently studying a bachelor of  Applied Information Technology majoring in Web Design and Development.

He enjoys watching a good movie in his spare time and socialising with his friends.

Jordan started working for us while doing his Gateway Program through Te Puke High School, he then went and completed his Level 3 Electrical Engineering studies while still doing work experience with Conway & Carpenter Electrical. 


Last year he completed his course and is now ready to start his Electrical Apprenticeship.  We have no doubt Jordan is going to be a fantastic Electrician and we encourage him to try new experiences and challenge himself where possible
